The idea for British Style Doner was born out of a simple craving — that familiar, nostalgic taste of a proper British-style doner kebab that just couldn’t be found anywhere in Dubai.
With the increase of people who’d lived their whole lives in the UK moving out to Dubai, the usual flavoursome Donner from a UK Takeaway they know so well - the soft pita, perfectly seasoned lamb or chicken, fresh salad, and that unmistakable sauce combos was a taste that maybe Dubai was craving for.

When the founders of Burzee moved to Dubai, they quickly realized that while the city had countless amazing shawarma and food spots but none quite captured that distinct British takeaway flavor, orginating and still a Turkish and Kurdish concept they decided to bring it here themselves.
British Style Doner combines Dubai’s love for bold flavors with the UK’s classic takeaway style — juicy, thinly sliced doner meat, fluffy naan wraps or chips, and homemade sauces that hit just right. A logo with a symbol/icon, think the apple ‘apple’ as well as a text logo integrated/additionally.
Initially named Food & Chill, to capture the Food essence as well as capturing how they were would also be a Shisha Cafe, hence the word ‘chill’.
Although set on the name, after the various stages

As we reached the later stages they found the name to be marmite and opted to have it changed, although not ideal we adapted the chose logo to the new name as best as possible with the time permitted. Born ‘Burzee’.
